Tiffany is a Renaissance woman: a published author, conversant in several languages, avid runner, and a brilliant businesswoman who also loves to travel, bake, read, paint and write. She’s creative, curious, and adventurous. She considers the publication of her nonfiction book, The Diary of Jean Hays: A WWII Army Nurse in Fiji, to be one of her biggest accomplishment, as it allowed her to tell these unsung heroes’ important stories.
Since earning her MBA at Penn State, most of Tiffany’s career has focused on healthcare. She founded a boutique marketing strategy agency that provided business strategy and marketing support to pharma, biotech, and healthcare companies. She also served as Director of Consumer and Digital Marketing at Alkermes, where she developed integrated consumer and digital brand strategy for one of the company’s most important pharmaceuticals, including brand repositioning and brand strategy evolution.
She’s passionate about the patient experience, the use of digital technology to enhance it, and the motivation and barriers to behavior change that will improve patient lives. Tiffany believes that we can make a difference in improving people's health through human-centered, inclusive design that shifts the focus from illness to wellness and supports the systemic changes needed to make healthcare more equitable and accessible.
