CVS Caremark is a leading pharmacy benefits manager and mail order, specialty, and retail pharmacy. Walk-in health services are offered through Minute Clinic. The challenge was to drive greater utility, consistency, and transparency for consumers within their pharmacy experience so that they can more easily navigate health care and achieve greater outcomes.
