PayModeX is a network that facilitates e-payments between businesses, eliminating the time and cost associated with paper checks.

With pending changes to the service, Bottomline wanted to redesign all aspects of the PayModeX experience, including the website that marketed the service, the onboarding portal and the actual application itself. In its current state, each property had its own look and feel as well as interaction patterns. Bottomline turned to Mad*Pow to improve all of them and bring the experience together in a cohesive way. Through a series of research and design efforts, Mad*Pow was able to create a more compelling and consistent experience and provide a design platform that was a foundation for major feature enhancement to the application.
